SHIPPING & LEAD TIME
All of our prosthetics are made as they are ordered.
Please allow 1 week for all prosthetic orders to be fulfilled.
Please message us directly for any questions or requests regarding your prosthetic order.
All products are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Please keep this in mind when factoring in your arrival time. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-5 day shipping. If you need the order by a certain date, please let us know in the "notes" section when paying. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get your prosthetics when you need them. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. Please message us for international shipping rates.
LARGE ORDERS
If you want to place a large order, please contact us first. Since all of our prosthetics are made as they are ordered, it will take us longer to fill larger orders. If you are ordering multiple prosthetics of the same design, please allow extra lead time.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept any returns. We will gladly exchange your prosthetics if you are not happy with the quality of the order when it arrives. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your products in order to receive an exchange.
